About Kirsty

"Kirsty, how on earth do you walk in those shoes" I usually hear. I just love shoes and the higher and funkier the better. My favourite pair have got to be my purple's, they are about 5 ½ inches long. And I love them. Along with bags, clothes and belts.
Along with shopping, my favourite hobbies are going to gigs and concerts. I love socializing and meeting new people. I love my nights out with the girls drinking cocktails (make mine a Twisted Mohito). As a treat for my friend Lou's hen do, we all got the train down to London for the weekend, stayed in a plush hotel and attended a cocktail making course at Harrods. It was madness!

If I'm staying in with the man, I love it when he cooks a mean Carbonara with loads of white wine and garlic (that's when I'm greedy, and I have been known to polish the leftovers out of the saucepan!) and we stick a film on or of course watch the latest reality rubbish X Factor, I'm a Celeb and Dancing On Ice.

Music
Most listened to track on your iPod:  Beyonce Sweet Dreams
Most embarrassing track on your iPod: Hues Corperation Rock the Boat "Rock the booaat--tt"
First album you bought: Now you're asking- wow..erm.... KYLIE the debut album with all the old favourite, I should be so lucky, The Locomotion and Je ne sais Pas Pouquio. Ooh the memories are flooding back now. The album cover was Kylie with a black top on with a cool hat with her curly  hair poking through! I really wanted one of those hats!
First gig you went to: I was 10 years old and it was Ermm Kylie again I'm afraid with my cousins Tammy and Gemma. I really wanted to have a Kylie tour T-shirt but they didn't have my size. I still really wanted one and opted for the only size left. XXL which was like a long nightdress on me. Perfect!

About You
What is your nickname? It used to be "The Nurse" from my old band days of "Superflyblue" - now it's Thirsty Kirsty (not very original I know- but hey I didn't choose my own nick name).
What are your hobbies: Dancing, films, socialising with friends, eating out and I have just started to bake. My first project "White Chocolate and Cointreau Cupcakes" didn't go quite to plan as I think I ended up putting in more cointreau than I should have...oops!
If you could have one super-power, what would it be? I'd have the power to transport my family and friends anywhere or at any time; be it back to the happiest moment of their time and let them re-live it.
