Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a sexual assault on an 11 year old girl in Chipping Norton and think the man pictured could have vital information about the incident.
Two girls, aged 11 and 8, were walking along London Road in the town centre at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 1 August when a man walking in front of them turned around to face them. The 11-year-old girl stepped to one side to get out of his way and she was touched inappropriately over her clothes by a man.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Samantha Hall of Witney CID, said: “We have released this man’s image as we would like to speak to him, he may have vital information about this incident.
“I would also like anyone who recognises this man, or if you think this is you, to please contact police.
