There will be 3 courses of 5 weeks each, running from May through to August. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Course starting dates - 8th May, 19th June and 31st July.
The novice course is a basic introduction into the sport of canoeing and kayaking with qualified instructors in a safe and controlled environment. All the necessary equipment is provided.
The courses are geared for both adults and children although participants must be over 8 years old, and under 18s must have a parent or guardian's consent. All participants must be able to swim 25 metres. The minimum height for children is 135 cm or 4 ft 5 inches (to fit properly in a boat).
