A man is in the Horton General with serious injuries after after being found at the bottom of a stairwell a Banbury.

The 25 year old was found at the bottom of the stairwell at the Ruscote Arcade in Logelandes Way.
Thames Valley Police are investigating how the incident occurred and are still at the scene.

They say the victim had earlier been in one of the flats above the arcade.

The police are also carrying out high visibility patrols in the area.
