Helmdon wind farm approved
Plans for five wind turbines on land near Helmdon have been given the go ahead.
Broadview Energy's proposals for Spring Farm Ridge between Sulgrave, Greatworth and Helmdon were approved yesterday, despite originally being turned down by South Northamptonshire Council last year.
The company hope to have the farm up and running late next year and say it'll generate power for more than one and a half thousand homes in the area.
