Drama at local football friendlies
Both Brackley and Banbury have been involved in dramatic pre-season friendlies.
Brackley Town's game against Nuneaton last night saw play suspended at just 3 minutes after an opposition player broke his leg.
When the game finally resumed, Saints were beaten 1 nil.
Meanwhile Banbury won 1 nil at home to a Brentford eleven thanks to an Adam Confue goal and that game also had a twist - finishing at 78 minutes because of floodlight failure at the Spencer Stadium.
