Concern for missing Bicester man

Police are concerned for the welfare of a deaf Bicester man who's been missing for 3 weeks.
Brian Kraus was last seen at his home in Swallow Close on June the 13th.
Officers say the 24 year old is 'easily influenced' and are concerned people may seek to take advantage of him.
Brian, who is profoundly deaf but who can lip-read, is black, of slim build, 5ft 10ins, with curly hair.
If you can help, please call Thames Valley Police’s 24-hour Enquiry Centre on 101. If you don’t want to speak to police or leave your name, call the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
