A Banbury Festival makes it's return
A date's already been set to bring back an annual festival in Banbury that had to be cancelled this year because of poor weather.
The Banbury Steam Rally, which celebrates the history of steam powered travel, will go ahead in Bloxham on the 29th and 30th of June next year.
Organisers from the Banbury Steam Society say they're determined to come back with a bang in 2013.
